Where can I find shipping costs and processing times?

How do I find out when my order has been shipped?
After shipping, we'll send you an automatic email with the shipping confirmation and the corresponding DHL tracking link. This does not apply to large letters, which are sent uninsured but do have basic tracking.
How do I return items?
Note for possible returns:
As the buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item, and we will promptly inform you of the return process.

Order & Payment
Delivery is subject to payment in advance (by bank transfer , PayPal ) or one of the payment methods offered through Shopify Payments. The latter include, in particular:
• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
• Klarna: Instant bank transfer, instant payment, invoice*
• Accelerated Checkouts: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
• Others: eps transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

Is my payment secure?
Your transaction and payment information is processed directly by our payment providers using secure SSL encryption and strict security standards. Your payment information is sent directly to our bank or payment provider and can only be read and processed by them.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of personalized items is not possible, as they are usually manufactured immediately after the order is placed. For standard items, cancellation is only possible immediately after the order is placed, as the items may already have been shipped. Please contact us if you wish to cancel.
Can I change my order?
Changes to personalized items are not possible, as they are usually manufactured immediately after the order is placed. Changes to standard items are possible after the order has been placed. Adding additional items to your order is no problem. Please contact us if you would like to make a change.
Can I pick up my order?
Picking up your order is possible. Please leave us a message when placing your order. Once your order has been manufactured, we will contact you to arrange for you to pick it up.
