The time it takes us to prepare the item for dispatch varies from item to item.

After shipping, we will send you an automatic email with the shipping confirmation and the associated DHL shipment tracking link. Large letters that are sent uninsured are excluded.

Note for possible returns:
As a buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning and we will then immediately inform you of the appropriate return process.

Order & Payment

Delivery takes place against payment in advance (via bank transfer , Paypal or Amazon Pay ) or one of the payment methods offered via Shopify Payments. The latter include in particular:

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
Klarna: instant transfer, pay immediately, invoice*
Accelerated Checkouts: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
Others: eps transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

In the case of advance payment, you transfer the invoice amount that was communicated to you by email or telephone to the following account (account is NOT for Klarna payments!):

Your transaction and payment information is processed directly by our payment providers using secure SSL encryption according to strict security standards. Your payment information is sent directly to our bank or payment provider and can only be read and processed by them.

It is not possible to cancel personalized items as they are usually manufactured immediately after the order is placed. For standard items, cancellation is only possible immediately after ordering, as the items may have already been shipped. Please contact us if you wish to cancel.

It is not possible to change personalized items as they are usually manufactured immediately after the order is placed. For standard items, changes are possible after ordering. Adding additional items to your order is no problem. Please contact us if you would like a change.

Picking up your order is possible. Please leave us a message when ordering. After we have manufactured your order, we will contact you so that you can pick it up.
