We will do our best to meet these estimated shipping times, but cannot guarantee them.

If you order by bank transfer, the shipment will take place after the payment has been confirmed. Depending on the bank, it can take 2-4 working days for the payment to be received via bank transfer.

After shipping, we will send an automatic email with the shipping confirmation and the corresponding DHL tracking link.

Note for possible returns:
You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item and we will immediately inform you of the appropriate return process.

Delivery is made against payment in advance (by bank transfer , Paypal or Amazon Pay ) or one of the payment methods offered via Shopify Payments. The latter include in particular:

Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express
Klarna: Instant bank transfer, instant payment, invoice*
Accelerated Checkouts: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay
Others: eps transfer, Ideal, Bancontact

In the case of advance payment, the customer transfers the invoice amount, which was communicated to him by email or telephone, to the following account (account is NOT for Klarna payments!):

* Purchase on account via Klarna: In cooperation with Shopify and Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer our customers purchase on account as a payment option. When purchasing on account with Klarna, the customer always receives the goods first and always has a payment period of 14 days. Payment is made directly to Klarna AB (publ) ( www.klarna.de ). The customer receives all payment details directly from Klarna by email. Please note that purchase on account is only available to consumers in Germany.
